How can I get to the hotel?
[Using shuttle bus/train from Osaka International Airport (Itami Airport)]
Transfer to Osaka Maru Building, New Hankyu Hotel or Herbis Osaka
Transfer to Honmachi on the OsakaMetro Midosuji Line, get off at Sakaisuji Honmachi on the Chuo Line, and walk from Exit 7 (No. 10) for 5 minutes (approx. 50 minutes)
[Use of shuttle bus/train from Kansai International Airport]
Take the Nankai Airport Line Airport Express and transfer to Tengachaya, then take the OsakaMetro Sakaisuji Line and get off at Sakaisuji Honmachi, a short walk (about 60 minutes).
For more details on the shuttle bus, please have a look at the homepage of Kansai Kuko Koutsu. We do not have the service to take you to any airports.

Is there a parking lot?
Unfortunately, our hotel does not have a parking lot.
We will guide you to a nearby parking lot.

Please tell me about check-in/check-out times and extension fees.
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
*Please note that reservations made after 23:00 will be treated as canceled and a full cancellation fee will be charged.
You can extend your check-out time by one hour for an additional charge of 2,000 yen (tax included) per room.
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We can store your luggage for free between 7:00 and 23:00 on the day of check-in and check-out.
On other days, you can keep your room for 500 yen/day.
Can minors (under 18 years old) stay overnight?
If a person under the age of 18 is staying at the property, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.
*If you are under 15 years old, you must be accompanied by a guardian.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is there Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi facilities are available in each room and common area.
Are there vending machines on each floor?
There are no vending machines on each floor.
Available in the leisure space on the 2nd floor.
Is smoking allowed in the room?
All rooms in our hotel are non-smoking. (This includes electronic cigarettes, IQOS, and Glow.) If you wish to smoke, please do so in the smoking room on the 6th floor. Please note that if you smoke in your room, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 50,000 yen (excluding tax).
Can pets be accommodated?
We are very sorry, but we do not allow pets to stay at our hotel.
Please tell me about storing valuables.
There is a safety deposit box next to the front desk that you can use free of charge.
Can I send my luggage in advance? Are there any other items to include?

Is the front desk open 24 hours?
Sorry, we are not open 24 hours a day.
The front desk is available from 7:00 to 23:00.
Do you have laundry service?
Yes, we have 2 washing machines and 2 dryers on the 4th floor.
The washing machine costs 400 yen per use, and the dryer costs 100 yen per 30 minutes.
